Kirk-Rudy's 203P system attaches a wide variety of cards and pre-packaged samples onto various mailers and inserts using quick-setting hot melt glue.  

An affordable alternative to high priced attaching systems, the KR 203P System is ideally suited for small to mid volume operations requiring quick set-up, ease of use and reliability. Hot melt glue is automatically applied to the media as it leaves the KR shuttle feeder. Cards or sample packs are accurately placed onto the media by the KR Pick and Place head. Where appropriate, peel-away adhesives permit product removal and easy clean-up. Use the optional dual hopper kit for placing two cards side by side or the plow fold station for in-line folding.

Servo Tip On system accurately attaches plastic cards as well as product up to 11" wide onto a wide variety of products

A wide variety of products can be attached to products such as direct mail pieces, flyers and more at a high rate of speed and accurately using servo motor technology utilized on Kirk Rudy equipment.  For bulky items such as keys, coins and product samples, we offer systems that "pick and place" items at a high rate and almost as accurately as a servo-based system.

Our attaching systems can be combined with other equipment such as inline plow folders, labelers, tabbing, inkjet printing and more so the entire process can be handled in one continuous motion.  Kirk Rudy is known world wide for heavy-duty manufacturing standards that translate into higher production numbers that can be maintained for years without worry about heavy maintenance costs and downtime.
