The KR 535 Labeler makes labeling and side-sealing faster and easier than ever. Just like other KR equipment, the KR 535 performs day in and day out. Production rates in excess of 20K labels per hour combined with a roll capacity of 16" diameter.  Label head is PLC controlled and can apply several labels / product in a single pass.  KR 535 another real deal - productive, reliable and simple to operate. The KR 535 is engineered to perform with less operator training and setup time.  

All major types of tabs as well as pressure sensitive stamps and labels of various shapes and sizes can be placed on a wide variety of products. Right or left edge tabbing, bump turn attachments, wide and fan-folded label kits along with a folder interface conveyor option makes the KR 535 a truly flexible system that can grow with your business.

Kirk Rudy 565 Label SplicerNon-stop labeling and side-sealing with a great ROI. 

Designed to provide nonstop, uninterrupted labeling when used with the KR435 / KR535. The continuous feed dual unwind acts as a stand-alone standard loose-loop powered unwind unit.

When the supply roll unwinds to a pre-determined level, a sensor activates a warning light and signals the drive to feed the remaining labels into a holding bin. The second roll of labels is then spliced to the end of the web as the labels in the bin are consumed.
